Cancellation Policy
All no-shows or same day cancellations will be subject to a charge of 100% of all missed services. To avoid said fee, rescheduling or cancellations must be arranged no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Please notify us if you are running more than 5 minutes late. We offer a grace period of 25% of the scheduled appointment time slot. Clients exceeding the grace period are subject to a fee of 50% of missed services and the appointment may be rescheduled to a further date.
On the day of your appointment, if there is less than 2 weeks of hair growth (or a ½ - ¼ inch of growth) the service cannot be performed. A convenience fee of 25% of the total of missed services will be charged.
